Tabernacle animation walk through

The Tabernacle was the first structure designed for worship for God’s people as they escaped from Egypt. Each part of the structure is symbolic, and much is written about it in the Bible. The fence separated people from the holy space inside, but a colorful gate showed them how to enter  safely. An altar greeted them immediately, demanding a blood sacrifice. A large basin of water (called a “sea”) offered cleansing for the priests, the only people allowed into the Tabernacle  itself. Inside the tent, a golden menorah provided light, reflecting off golden walls. A table of showbread was directly opposite the menorah, and a small altar of incense was directly in front  of the curtain separating the holy place from the Holy of Holies. In that room rested the Ark of the Covenant, a gold-covered box containing a copy of the Ten Commandments, a jar of manna,  and Aaron’s rod after it had miraculously budded. Winged cherubim sat on the covering of the Ark of the Covenant. To discover more free videos like this one, visit and support biblescenes.com.
