Camels through the eye of a needle illustration

Jesus famously said it would be easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God. Just in case your audience has forgotten how large camels are, this footage can help you paint the picture of this impossibility. These camels were grazing in the Judean Wilderness on a spring day. On a side note, Luke's Gospel includes this illustration late in Chapter 18. In Chapter 19, Zacchaeus becomes a follower of Jesus and gives a significant amount of his money away. Clearly, it's not impossible for rich people to enter the kingdom of God. Knowing Jesus immediately leads to radical change in all of us!
