Sycamore fig trees including Zacchaeus tree in Jericho

The sycamore fig tree is larger than what most people envision. Amos was a farmer of sycamore figs (Amos 7:14-15) and Zacchaeus climbed into the big branches of such a tree in Jericho. In this video, the last two images are of the tree in Jericho that is, according to tradition, the same one Zacchaeus climbed. The tree is surrounded by a white fence. Even if the tree is simply a later generation of its ancestor, the image does help illustrate the story of Luke 19:1-10.
